We use AI services (OpenAI) to generate personalized guidance based on your goals and survey answers. Your personal data is sent to OpenAI solely for this purpose and is not used to train public AI models. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your journal entries are private and stored securely. They are never shared publicly or visible to other users.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS infrastructure. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
We offer sign-in via Google OAuth and email/password. When you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and name. We do not receive your Google password or access to other Google services.
